Job summary

KYSHAN PTY LIMITED in Victoria's Hoddles Creek is seeking 500 labourers for a permanent casual farm position on a fruit and vegetable farm. Work starts Jan 2027 and runs for about 9 months; casual classification under the Horticultural Award 2020, starting rate of Level 1 $32.18 per hour.

Duties include harvesting, packing, pruning, and general farm labour. Applicants must be able to work outdoors in all weather, be available 6–7 days a week if required, pass a medical/drug test, have Australian

• Must have work rights in Australia.

• Capable of lifting harvest bags up to 25 kg.

• Previous farm labouring or fruit picking experience preferred.

Job Description

We require 500 labourers for work on a fruit and vegetable farm in the Hoddles Creek, Vic. The work includes harvesting and packaging of fruit and vegetables, pruning, and general farm labouring. Work will commence during Jan 2027 and be ongoing for 9 months.

Successful candidates will be offered employment on a casual basis and paid under the Horticultural Award 2020 at the starting rate of Level 1 $32.18 per hour. Applicants must have the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, be flexible with working days and be available 6-7 days a week if required. Regular weekend work may also be required including Sundays.

Workers must be available for early morning starts. Fruit Picking can be physically demanding work. You may be required to carry harvest picking bags with a weight of 25kgs over uneven terrain.

Other tasks also include climbing ladders, bending, lifting and squatting for long periods of time throughout the day. You will be required to work outdoors in some cases may be required to work in Wet Weather. (PPE will be provided).

Workers must be able to pass a medical/drug test. Candidates MUST have work rights in Australia. Only successful applicants will be notified.
