Job summary

Goonoo Feedlot & Station in the Central Highlands of Queensland is seeking a Gardener to join the crew. The role covers mowing, whipper snipping, watering, pruning, weed management, mulching and planting, with responsibility for lawns, gardens, fences, hedges and water systems.

You will safely apply garden chemicals per AACo procedures, operate and maintain equipment, and contribute to environmental stewardship on the station.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn and garden maintenance.
• Ability to use common garden tools safely.
• Knowledge of basic plant care and weed control.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain lawns and gardens.
• Whipper snip edges and trim hedges and fences.
• Water plants and manage irrigation and water systems.
