Family Support and Inclusion Officer - Western Suburbs

Join Aspire Early Education as a Family Support and Inclusion Officer. This part-time role (25 hours per week across five days; up to 37.5 hours possible) focuses on supporting families through the onboarding process, assisting with settling children into learning environments, guiding families through behavioural support strategies, and connecting families with community resources and government funding processes. You will work closely with Centre Leadership Teams, Room Leaders, and families to support children’s wellbeing and development.

About you

  • Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or higher
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Mandatory Reporting Training
  • Familiarity with early childhood development and behavioural strategies
  • Understanding of community resources and government funding processes
  • Strong background in early years inclusion is highly regarded
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
