Overview

We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Family Lawyer for my client who are well known law firm in Perth. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop their knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse range of matters, including divorce, property settlements, parenting arrangements, spousal maintenance, enforcement proceedings, and dispute resolution.
  • Parenting and children\'s matters, including complex cases such as relocation, parentage testing, surrogacy, and adoption.
  • Financial settlements, covering all aspects of property settlement and maintenance cases.
  • Binding financial agreements, superannuation agreements, and maintenance agreements.
  • Divorce and nullity.
  • Child support and maintenance, including child support agreements.
  • Non-court based services, such as mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • You will be encouraged to build and maintain excellent client relationships and collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes.
