Collier Family Law in Cairns is seeking a capable family law practitioner to manage a diverse caseload from start to finish with a close-knit team of lawyers and experienced paralegals.

You will draft court documents, negotiate settlements, advise clients through separation and parenting disputes, and appear in mediation and court when required. Flexible to work from home, with mentoring and career progression in a well established firm.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a year of legal experience.
• Be highly organised, proactive and solutions driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and adopt a proactive approach to your work.
• Professional approach and presentation.
