Naiman Clarke, based in Sydney CBD, is seeking a Family Lawyer with 2-4 PQE in family law to join a close-knit, supportive team. You will advise clients, draft legal documents, brief counsel, and attend mediations and hearings.

• 2-4 years’ PQE in family law.
• Experience in a reputable family law practice or team.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic and client-focused.

Responsabilités

• Advise and liaise with clients on family disputes.
• Draft position papers, consent orders, case outlines, letters of advice and affidavits.
• Brief and instruct counsel on matters.
• Attend mediations, court hearings, client meetings and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research.
• Maintain direct client contact and meaningful responsibility.
• Tailor practice towards property or parenting matters, or both.
