Our client is a renowned national law firm with a strong presence across multiple cities in Australia. It is a Top 25 attraction firm and one of the fastest growing by revenue and headcount (Lawyers Weekly).

The firm's Family Law team is highly respected, and has an impressive track record of handling complex Family Law matters. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their Family Law career in 2026.

The role

You'll join a high-performing Family Law team, taking ownership of matters including:

• Divorce and separation;
• Complex property disputes;
• Child support and parenting arrangements; and
• Mediation & Dispute Resolution.

You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside a partner with over 3 0 years' experience within Family Law, and amongst a very competent team of Special Counsels, Associates, Lawyers and Paralegals.

About you

You are a Senior Associate or Special Counsel (at least 8+ years' PQE) with solid grounding in Family Law. You have a passion for people, and a desire to help clients during some of their most challenging times.

You are compassionate, commercially astute, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating with others. You value precision, client trust, and meaningful professional growth & development.
