Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Sydney CBD is seeking a family law solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join a boutique practice known for high-quality, personalised advice.

You will advise clients, draft papers, briefs, and affidavits, attend mediations and court hearings, and manage client relationships with empathy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ PQE in family law.
• Experience in a reputable family law practice or team.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident managing client relationships and progressing matters.
• Empathetic and understanding of clients.

Responsibilities

• Advising and liaising with clients regarding their family disputes.
• Drafting position papers, consent orders, case outlines, letters of advice and affidavits.
• Brief and instruct counsel on matters.
• Attend mediations, court hearings, client meetings and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research.
• Have direct client contact and meaningful responsibility.
• Tailor your practice towards property, parenting matters, or a combination of both.
