Boutique Family Law Firm in Sydney CBD is seeking a Family Law Associate to join their growing team. You will manage diverse matters, including complex property settlements, parenting disputes and financial agreements, with autonomy to run files from start to finish in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Family Law Associate with strong property settlements, parenting matters and litigation background.
• Ability to manage own files autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse range of Family Law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes and financial agreements.
• Handle matters from initial consultation through to negotiation, mediation, litigation and resolution.
• Provide high-quality, practical legal advice while developing strong and trusted client relationships.
• Collaborate with experienced Family Law practitioners on challenging and technically complex matters.
• Contribute to the firm's ongoing growth through client relationship development and business development opportunities.
