Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven analyst to join our global security operations centre. You will triage, investigate, and respond to incidents across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud environments while collaborating with customers in real time.

You will analyze telemetry and forensic data to determine root causes and deliver actionable remediation guidance. Experience with AI-enhanced workflows and strong communication with customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on incident response across a broad range of security events and environments.
• Strong knowledge of attack vectors and TTPs with MITRE ATT&CK.
• Hands-on use of forensic analysis tools in investigations.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoints, identities, email, network and cloud.
• Analyze telemetry and artefacts to determine root cause and remediation.
• Investigate suspicious activity in Microsoft 365 incl. BEC and AITM, contain threats and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Improve incident detection processes and countermeasures execution.
• Provide clear customer communications as the primary contact during incidents.
