Concordia College in Adelaide seeks a Faculty Leader for Identities and Futures. The role is a full-time ongoing teaching position, with PAR tenure for 2 years, commencing January 2027. A time allowance of about 0.4 FTE is provided to fulfil responsibilities.

You will oversee curriculum and learning for Identities and Futures and VET in School across Years 7–12; lead the Australian Business Week program in Year 10; build industry partnerships and support career events.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified South Australian Teacher required.
• Secondary teaching experience and curriculum knowledge desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• WWCC and RRHAN-EC certification required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee curriculum, teaching and learning for Identities & Futures across Years 7–12.
• Monitor student progress regarding SACE Identities & Futures requirements.
• Lead and oversee the Australian Business Week program for Year 10.
• Oversee VET in School programs and future opportunities.
• Develop relationships with industry partners for student internships.
• Collaborate with Careers and VET Coordinators for events and counselling.
