Job summary

Med-X Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to take ownership of our warehouse and production operations in Australia. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safe, efficient and on-schedule performance.

You will lead a warehouse team, manage stock and resources, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and EPA requirements while driving continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse/production teams.
• MR driver's licence - essential.
• Forklift licence - essential.
• Experience with stock control and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of WHS and EPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and production operations and ensure service schedules are met.
• Lead receipt, checking, sorting and storage of incoming stock.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment and accurate warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate safe and accurate loading and unloading of service vehicles.
• Plan daily tasks and allocate resources across the warehouse team.
• Lead monthly stocktakes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise, coach, mentor and support warehouse team members.
• Manage team performance, attendance and conduct.
• Support onboarding, inductions and ongoing employee training.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure EPA, WHS and company requirements are followed.
• Maintain accurate stock records, waste weights and vehicle documentation.
• Communicate operational updates and team matters to management.

Med-X is looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of our warehouse and production operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping operations running safely, efficiently and on schedule. You'll lead a warehouse team, coordinate daily activities, manage stock and resources, and ensure we meet our safety, environmental and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the factory and warehouse, ensuring the team has the support, resources and direction needed to deliver outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a reliable and organised leader who can confidently manage a busy operational environment.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, production or waste management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• A current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence - essential.
• A current forklift licence - essential.
• Experience with stock control and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of WHS and EPA compliance requirements.
• Experience with operational reporting, audits or compliance processes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, reliable and hands-on approach.
