Job summary

AUSREO TECHNICAL SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Factory Operator for its Melton location. The role reports to the Trade Service Centre Manager and will involve crane operation, forklift driving and coordinating with external customers within a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating cranes and loading trucks, be safety-conscious and able to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cranes, machines and loading trucks.
• Experience preferred in reinforcing steel, but not required (training provided).
• Previous experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Safety conscious and attentive to procedures.
• Able to work both in a team and autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with early starts.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes, machines and load/unload trucks.
• Drive forklift as required.
• Liaise with external customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
