Job summary

Ausreo in Geelong is seeking a Factory Operator to join our team. You will operate cranes and machines, load/unload trucks, and drive a forklift as needed. This role supports a busy manufacturing environment in a safety-conscious, team‑oriented culture.

Experience operating cranes and heavy equipment is preferred; training is available for those with drive and reliability. Mon–Fri, early starts, Australia citizenship or work rights required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cranes, machines and loading trucks.
• Experience preferred in Reinforcing Steel, but not necessary (training provided).
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong Work Ethic and Reliable.
• Safety Conscience.
• Work part of a team as well as autonomously.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Available to work Monday-Friday- early starts.

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Factory Operator to join our team at Geelong, reporting to the Trade Service Centre Manager. The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

• Operating cranes, machines and loading and unloading trucks
• Forklift Driving
• Liaising with external customers

To Be Successful

• Experience operating cranes, machines and loading trucks
