Job summary

SMS Personnel Australia Pty Lt in Welshpool, WA, is seeking a factory hand for a long-term role with immediate start. The position runs Monday to Friday, roughly 38 hours per week, with daytime hours from 6am to 2:06pm at the Welshpool site.

You will sand and prep fiberglass canopies, mask and detail, polish and deburr before painting, box and wrap finished products, and keep a clean workspace. Previous factory experience and good attention to detail are preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Factory/manufacturing experience or knowledge.
• High attention to detail; full training provided.
• Prep detailing knowledge is a plus but not essential.
• Physically fit due to repetitive sanding.
• Adaptable.
