Job summary

Supaflow Engineering in Meadowbrook, Queensland, is seeking a full-time Factory Hand to join our manufacturing team. You will operate a range of machinery, support day-to-day production, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

This role offers training to progress toward becoming a Plastic Injection Moulder, with standard hours Monday to Thursday 6:20am–3:00pm and Friday 6:10am–12:00pm, plus development opportunities within our 40-year-old company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic understanding of assembly techniques and operation of various tools/machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machinery and equipment to perform tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties as required.
• Identify and report issues or defects in the manufacturing process.
