Job summary

Beaulieu of Australia in Yatala Queensland is hiring a full-time Factory Process Worker for the afternoon shift (2:30pm–12:30am, Mon-Thu). Training provided on warping machines with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will join a supportive manufacturing team, enjoy a stable, long-term career path and the chance to grow with the business. No experience is required, but a positive attitude and the ability to work overtime will help.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, training provided.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to read documentation and perform production calculations.
• Must have own transport for the Yatala area.

• Operate warping machine with on‑the‑job training.
• Ensure consistent product quality with attention to detail.

• Support the production team as needed.

We have a great opportunity for a full-time Factory Process Worker to join our Manufacturing team in Yatala Queensland. We are seeking an Afternoon Shift Warping Operator working a 4 (four) day shift, Monday to Thursday between the hours of 2.30pm to 12.30am

We are seeking a motivated individual. No experience necessary, but if you bring the positive attitude, strong work ethic and a passion to help drive our company with continuous improvement, we will bring the dynamic and supportive working environment.

About the Role

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and therole includes:

• You will be work on Warping Machine. Don’t worry we will train you!
• Ensure consistent product quality, so attention to detail is required
• Be able to do calculations and be able to read documentation, to ensure correct production requirements
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Support a wider production team as required
• Working overtime when required

• Must have own transport, as limited public transport available in the area
