Job summary

Aero Equipment Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Factory Hand to join our manufacturing team in Melton. This full-time role focuses on practical, hands-on production and requires attention to detail and teamwork to ensure accurate, consistent results.

You will contribute to the manufacture and assembly of steel tubular products, operate various machines, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of steel tubular products and related components.
• Cutting, sawing, grinding, deburring, drilling, expanding, notching and polishing.
• Pressure testing finished products and components.
• Operating industrial machinery including metal polishers, presses, drills, saws, stamping machines and laser etchers.
• Using machinery, equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assisting other members of the production team as required.
