Job Q in NSW is seeking a Facility Nurse Manager – Grade 3 to lead district and MPS facilities across MLHD. The casual/temporary role focuses on safe, compassionate, person-centred care, workforce capability and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership, manage nursing services and budgets, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable health outcomes for communities within MLHD.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA/NMBA.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in facility management or district-wide health services is preferred.

Your primary focus will be on providing safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
