About the Role
As Care Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering clinical excellence and operational efficiency across a residential aged care service. You'll oversee care, hospitality, and compliance functions, while creating a positive and engaged team culture.
You'll also be well supported by dedicated clinical and quality staff, as well as broader organisational resources across finance, people, and governance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor care, clinical, hospitality, and support teams
  • Oversee clinical governance and ensure compliance with aged care standards
  • Manage AN-ACC funding, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Support residents receiving assisted living or in-home services
  • Support a culture of collaboration, quality improvement, and resident-first care
  • Report on service performance to executive stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • 5+ years post-registration experience, with leadership in aged care or healthcare
  • Strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance, and AN-ACC (ACFI knowledge also valued)
  • Confident leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, systems proficiency, and problem-solving ability
  • National Police Check and full Australian working rights
  • Postgraduate studies in management, gerontology, or leadership
