Primary Objective: Responsible for 24/7 operations and support to the bail accommodation team to deliver effective, efficient and safe operations of the government owned and operated Youth Supported Bail Facility. This position has a lead role in delivering a safe working environment for staff and ensuring the needs of young people are met within a safe, secure and culturally therapuetic setting in accordance with the Model of Care and relevant legislation.
