Job summary

Grace Information Management in Campbelltown, NSW, seeks a Facility Worker/Driver to support our records management team. You will perform daily warehouse tasks, assist drivers, and ensure secure handling and storage of client records.

A forklift LF licence is required; LO is preferred. RF scanning experience is desirable. We offer full-time permanent hours, six-month probation, and a comprehensive benefits package including Perkbox, personal development, and access to our EAP wellness program.

Qualifications

• Forklift LF licence is required.
• Stock picker LO licence preferred.
• RF scanning experience or training desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Transport experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files.
• Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks.
• Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing.
• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles.
• Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required).
• Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records.
