Grace Information Management on the Gold Coast is seeking a Facility Worker/Driver to support our records management team. You will perform daily warehouse tasks, assist drivers, and ensure secure handling of client records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift licence (LF) and a valid car licence; stock picker licence (LO) is preferred and RF scanning experience is useful. We welcome applicants with warehouse experience and transport exposure, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Forklift licence LF is mandatory.
Stock picker LO licence preferred.
RF scanning experience or training available.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Warehouse experience and transport experience advantageous.
A valid car licence is required as a minimum for the secondary component of the role.

Responsabilités

Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files.
Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks.
Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing.
Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles.
Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required).
Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records.
