Honeywell Darwin is seeking a Facility Coordinator to deliver comprehensive general handyman support and oversee maintenance coordination across Darwin. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in a coordinator role, strong site coordination skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Site coordination experience.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to coordinate with staff to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out and complete general maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate all reactive, planned, corrective, and quoted works by engaging and scheduling subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of all activities.
  • Maintain full compliance with contract requirements and KPIs by overseeing the lifecycle of reactive, planned, and corrective work orders, ensuring they meet service-level expectations and documentation standards.
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute operational reports to support the monitoring of contract deliverables, performance trends, and compliance obligations.
  • Ensure all customer compliance requirements are met, including adherence to site-specific procedures, reporting obligations, safety standards, and contractual expectations.

The primary focus of this role is to deliver comprehensive general handyman support while overseeing the coordination of all maintenance and operational works across Darwin. This includes ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and presentable at all times, managing day-to-day repair tasks, and acting as the central point of contact for scheduling, supervising, and following up on all reactive, planned, and subcontracted works.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a Coordinator/Trade role
  • Site coordination essential
  • Proven administrative skills
  • Computer competencies including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Co-ordinates with staff in all areas to meet output needs and deadlines.
