Job summary

Springfield Central State High School in Queensland is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee facilities, coordinate maintenance and contractors, supervise cleaning operations and support ongoing improvements.

Working with the Facilities Business Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient school operations, lead grounds and cleaning staff, and provide admin support to meet daily operational needs.

• Identify maintenance requirements in accordance with Maintenance Assessment Report and school needs.
• Assist the Business Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of grounds and cleaning staff by providing support, sharing learning and demonstrating personal integrity.
• Provide administrative support that contributes to the effective operational requirements of the school as directed.

Working closely with our Facilities Business Manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in overseeing school facilities, coordinating maintenance and contractors, supervising cleaning operations and supporting ongoing facility improvements and developments.
