Allens in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of a premium workplace experience for clients, visitors and employees. You’ll manage maintenance, safety, risk, and complex workplace projects while guiding the Facilities and Guest Relations team to deliver a seamless, high-service environment.

This role emphasises stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and leveraging data to boost efficiency in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of WH&S principles.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance and safety efforts to provide a safe working environment.
• Own workplace safety, risk management and business continuity.
• Manage complex workplace projects including relocations and refurbishments.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to Facilities and Guest Relations teams for a seamless experience.
• Build networks with internal and external service providers to maintain high service levels.
