Job summary

JLL in Perth's inner east seeks a building and facilities professional to join our WA portfolio team, proactively managing day-to-day operations to ensure the building runs smoothly and disruptions to tenants are minimized.

The role emphasizes health, safety, and security of all visitors and occupants, along with day-to-day contractor management and clear reporting. Based in Perth, this opportunity offers career development within Australia''s leading commercial real estate firm.

What this opportunity involves:

JLL has an opportunity for an astute and talented building and facilities professional to join one of our outstanding WA portfolio teams. Based in Perth’s inner east of Perth’s CBD, your role is to proactively manage the day-to-day activities to ensure that the building is operating satisfactorily, with maintenance and deliveries being performed with minimal disruptions to the tenants.

The priority at all times should be:

• The health, safety and security of all visitors and occupants.
• The presentation of the property, and
• Day to day contractor management

You will have a demonstrated background in building operations, either from a trade or facilities background and have a proactive and positive approach to their career. Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with excellent reporting abilities.
