Job summary

Queensland Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support – Redlynch QLD requires a diligent cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across work and accommodation areas. Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and janitorial tasks preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning products correctly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and cleaning up of events.
• Clean all work and accommodation areas daily to a high standard.
• Vacuum, mop, and clean various floor surfaces (carpet, vinyl, tile).
• Dust, wipe furniture, clean windows and vents, return moved items to original locations.
• Empty waste/recycling, dispose of food waste hygienically, maintain toilets and shared spaces.
