Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Facilities Coordination, Workplace Experience, Property Administration, Maintenance Coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Experience within facilities management, property, corporate workplaces or technology environments will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities
  • Manage reactive and planned maintenance requests, ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, contractors and service providers
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding, inductions and compliance requirements
  • Support preventative maintenance programs and asset management activities
  • Track and manage work orders through to completion
  • Assist with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) reporting, audits and inspections
  • Support operational and capital expenditure (Opex and Capex) planning and budgeting activities
  • Prepare reports, performance metrics and client communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workplace experience
  • Assist in delivering a safe, compliant and highly functioning workplace environment

The Opportunity

As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring facilities services are delivered efficiently and seamlessly.

Working closely with the client, contractors and internal teams, you'll coordinate maintenance activities, support compliance programs, manage service requests, and help create an outstanding workplace experience.
