Facilities Contract Management Officer

About the Role

This role is predominately centred around managing central contracts within DECYP and will require strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. DECYP's central contracts are Roofing, Fire, Mechanical, Solar, Electrical, Security Monitoring and Lift. You will be responsible for managing the contract/s which will include auditing, processing work orders, projects and overseeing the maintenance budget.

Essential:

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment
  • Please note: The cost associated with obtaining a RWVP is the responsibility of the individual.
