• Medical practitioner registration with AHPRA
• Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine
• Knowledge and commitment to risk management within Bayside Health framework
• Clinical governance, safety and patient-centred service
• Commitment to workplace equity and injury prevention
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Understanding the organisation's philosophical direction
• Valid Police Check
• COVID-19 vaccination in line with directions

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment of patients in the Wonthaggi Emergency Department
• Provide clinical leadership and professional judgement to deliver high-quality emergency care
• Supervise and educate Medical Students, Interns, HMOs, Registrars and other team members as needed
