Job summary

Austal Henderson, Western Australia, seeks a Fabrication Supervisor to safely manage the daily site operations of assigned projects. You will coordinate trades to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while actively supervising crews on the fabrication floor.

Job description

Based in Henderson, WA the Fabrication Supervisor role is to safely manage the daily site operations of assigned projects. This includes coordinating relevant trades to ensure that all work, as directed by the Project Manager, is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Fabrication Supervisor is a senior supervisory position, with a focus on developing personnel through mentoring and training, preparing them to progress into Project Manager roles.
