Job summary

Dreamworld and SkyPoint on the Gold Coast seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage leader to oversee SkyPoint Attendants and Bistro & Bar during high-volume events, delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, rostering, training, and collaboration with the Events Manager to ensure flawless event delivery.

A passion for service and the ability to work across early mornings, weekends, and evenings are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in high-volume events or hospitality.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate frontline team members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS databases and cash handling.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Availability to roster across five days including weekends, early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise SkyPoint Attendants during events, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Lead day-to-day shift operations in the Bistro & Bar to ensure smooth service.
• Manage staff breaks and rostering to maintain service coverage.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings with key updates and objectives.
• Oversee event setup, operation, and pack down with emphasis on safety.
• Collaborate with Events Manager for smooth event execution.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during events.
• Provide training for event and F&B staff.
• Ensure venue spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
