Job summary

Delaware North Australia at Perth Airport is seeking casual Food and Beverage Team Leaders to guide our front-of-house teams across cafés, restaurants and bars, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll role-model guest-focused service, train staff, and ensure smooth operations across multiple outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume venues.
• Certified hospitality/FOH leadership credentials.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, train, and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide hands-on service with barista and bartending skills.
• Ensure service areas are guest-ready and well-maintained.
• Know daily menu and accommodate dietary needs; upsell where appropriate.
• Drive sales through upselling strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements.
