Job summary

Delaware North Australia is seeking casual Food and Beverage Team Leaders at Perth Airport (Terminal 3). This role requires guiding a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service, maintain standards, and ensure memorable guest experiences.

A hands-on leadership role, ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about hospitality and equipped with the skills to inspire their team in busy, high-volume venues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume-driven venue.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, train, and develop the team for exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide hands-on service, showcasing barista and bartending skills.
• Ensure all service areas are guest-ready at all times.
• Drive sales through upselling strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements.
