The Esplanade Hotel, part of the ALH Hotels group, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead on the floor, engage guests, and drive excellent service in a busy pub setting.

Ideal candidates will have an RSA certificate, hands-on leadership experience, and the ability to work early or late shifts including weekends. A physically active role, you will help manage stock and deliveries while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualificações

• RSA certificate required.
• Strong customer service skills and guest focus.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead-role is preferred but not essential.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of the floor, ensuring guests have memorable experiences.
• Lead the bistro floor and set a positive example for the team.
• Recommend menu items to guests to enhance their visit.
• Deliver high levels of customer service with a fun, engaging approach.
• Maintain high standards from opening to closing shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
