Job summary

Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Restaurant, Bar, IRD and Conferencing outlets.

You will inspire and develop the team, drive commercial results, and embed IHG tools, systems and standards while ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field (or equivalent).
• RSA certificate and First Aid certification required.
• Responsible Person Badge & RSA knowledge with liquor licensing rules.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, rostering and payroll understanding.
• Ability to balance operational requirements with business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Develop and execute F&B promotions to drive revenue.
• Ensure RSA compliance and liquor licensing requirements.
• Manage F&B inventory, stock levels and monthly stocktakes.
• Maintain F&B policies, procedures, and IHG standards.
• Oversee staffing, rostering, training, and workflows for efficiency.
• Control budgets, food, beverage and labour costs to maximise profitability.
• Drive guest satisfaction across Restaurant, Bar, IRD and Conferencing; respond to feedback.
• Ensure health, safety, and food safety compliance across operations.
