Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service across all guest touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Conferencing Executive Sous Chef and team on menu details and guest feedback.
• Maintain presentation and service standards across the venue.
• Lead and inspire team members to deliver five-star service.
• Oversee cleanliness and order of service areas and equipment.
• Promote operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate end-of-shift revenue reporting and cash/charge reconciliations.
• Apply prior leadership experience from premium service venues to enhance performance.
• Maintain WHS compliance and safety standards.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and other outlets as required.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to effective communication.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
