Job summary

Parmelia Hilton Perth, in the heart of Perth CBD, is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, attentive service across dining and events. This full-time role upholds Hilton standards and enhances guest experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Prior Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Able to work rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Deliver warm, attentive and efficient service for dining guests.
• Food & Beverage Service: Assist with preparation, presentation and service of food & beverages to Hilton standards.
• Cleanliness & Presentation: Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.
• Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service.
• Product Knowledge: Understand menu items, beverages and dietary requirements to assist guests.
• Efficiency & Safety: Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
