Job summary

Country Club Tasmania in Tasmania is recruiting food and beverage attendants to join our busy outlets: Watergarden Cafe, Terrace Restaurant, Casino Bar, Tonic Bar, The Links, and Conference & Events. This is an exciting stage as renovations progress and a new par 72 course opens in 2026/27.

You will deliver friendly service across casual to fine dining settings, handling orders, serving drinks, and contributing to memorable guest experiences on mornings, days, nights, weekends and public

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar, restaurant, or fine dining environment is advantageous.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG knowledge or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders across multiple outlets.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring high service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across dining spaces.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming guest experience during shifts, including weekends and holidays.
