As our External Security Vetting Analyst Team Leader, you'll take the lead in building and leading a high performing team, handling complex personal security clearance processes across various security levels, such as Baseline, Negative Vetting Level 1, Negative Vetting Level 2, and Positive Vetting.

This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne / Boorloo – Perth / Canberra - Ngambri / Meanjin – Brisbane / Tarndanya / Warrang – Sydney.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed, newly formed and rapidly growing, high performing team with varying degrees of experience in security clearance processes. You will help build high performing teams, assess clearance cases, and leveraging your experience in vetting with attention to detail and ability to manage a complex process. You will also be accountable for Quality Assurance, enforcing stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs), and provide sound, data-driven advice on clearance outcomes.
