The successful candidate will manage an existing portfolio of audit clients, coach a team of auditors, and drive growth within the firm’s network while participating in strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• Significant Australian experience within an external audit environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong network within the local market.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of audit clients.
• Permanent on going working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of audit clients - no need to bring fees across with you initially.
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of auditors.
• Explore opportunities for growth within yours, and the firm’s, networks.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Seek partnership in the short term.
• Become part of the strategic decision making of a progressive firm.
