You'll be responsible for
  1. Reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, to ensure the correct outcome has been made.
  2. Liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
  3. Preparing and drafting appropriate documentation to stakeholders when required.
  4. Developing customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
  5. Maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, and recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
About You
  1. Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment.
  2. Ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
  3. Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  4. High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
  5. Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at balancing understanding, empathy, and compassion with achieving optimal commercial outcomes for AAL.
