Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Project Control Officer/Delivery Controller in Australia. The role focuses on scheduling, financial modelling, and delivering reporting across projects.

The candidate interfaces with internal teams and external clients, managing time and resource allocations, and contributing to portfolio level delivery insights. The ideal candidate shows strong organisational and communication skills and solid experience with MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Mid to high-level experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Mid to high-level experience using MS Project with dependencies and schedules.
• Mid to high-level experience maintaining project financial models (forecasts, actuals, accruals).
• Ability to manage time/resource management process and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery with project scheduling, dependencies, and progress tracking.
• Develop and maintain project financial models including forecasts and accruals.
• Oversee time and resource allocation across projects and reporting cycles.
• Assist with delivery reporting at project and portfolio level (Activity Reports, Project Status Reports, Risk/Issue Registers).

Key Requirements:

• Excellent organisational skills, including effective prioritisation across competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal Accenture functions and external clients.
• Mid to high-level experience with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Mid to high-level experience using MS Project, including the ability to develop project schedules with dependencies, successors, etc.
• Mid to high-level experience maintaining project financial models, including forecasts, actuals and accruals.
• Ability to manage the time/resource management process, overseeing the allocation of time to projects and associated reporting.
• Experience assisting with delivery reporting at both project and portfolio levels, including Activity Reports, Project Status Reports and Risk/Issue Registers.
