Macquarie is seeking a Digital Product Manager for its People and Engagement function. You will lead the end-to-end development of digital products from idea through delivery and ongoing improvement, guided by customer insights, data and stakeholder feedback.
You will own the People and Culture digital adviser and the digital experience within the Hub, collaborating with diverse teams across the organisation to deliver measurable outcomes and improve employee experiences.
