Take your Individual Support experience beyond the workplace – and inspire the next generation. You've built valuable experience in Individual Support, aged care, disability or community services. What if your next move was about passing that knowledge on?
At Connect 'n' Grow, we're looking for an Expert Health Trainer – Individual Support to help secondary school students discover the skills, confidence and possibilities that come with a career supporting others.
This is an opportunity to step into a role with purpose, variety and genuine impact – sharing your real‑world experience with young people who may be considering health and community services for the very first time.
You'll spend four days each week out and about delivering training across Brisbane South, Logan, the northern Gold Coast and Ipswich, with one dedicated day working from home for marking, planning and administration.
If you enjoy connecting with young people, sharing what you know and seeing others grow in confidence, this could be a great next step.
Full-Time | Brisbane South, Logan, North Gold Coast & Ipswich
4 days training & travel | 1-day WFH | Car allowance provided
No two days need to feel the same. You'll bring Individual Support education to life by making learning practical, engaging and relevant to the real world.
We're looking for someone who knows the industry but, just as importantly, knows how to connect with people.
You'll be approachable, encouraging and able to turn your own industry experience into learning that makes sense to a young person.
This isn't just another training role. It's an opportunity to use the career you've already built to help someone else start theirs.
Your experience could be the reason a young person discovers a career they love.
If you're ready to take what you know and use it to teach, encourage and inspire the next generation, we'd love to hear from you.
