Job summary

Cavalry Freelancing is seeking an experienced Producer or Senior Producer (Experiential) for a freelance contract in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering high-quality brand experiences from concept to execution, with an initial 8-week engagement and ASAP start.

Hybrid work in Sydney, Australia, and responsibilities spanning end-to-end campaigns and live events. You will manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, venues, and client relationships, while overseeing logistics and supporting on-site

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing experiential, events or brand activation projects.
• Agency experience is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and live events.
• Managing timelines, budgets and project plans.
• Coordinating suppliers, venues and production partners.
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Supporting on-site event execution where required.
