Job summary

Recruitment Innovations in Cameron Park NSW is seeking an experienced Welder and Metal Fabricator to join our teams. The role requires reading drawings, welding to specifications, and operating fabrication equipment to cut, bend and form materials.

A strong safety mindset and adherence to WHS are essential. With a minimum of three years in welding and a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent, you will handle MIG, TIG and Arc welding and work with heavy machinery as required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to WHS.
• Read and interpret drawings to a high standard and recognise welding specifications.
• Safety first attitude.
• Set up equipment and weld parts, using appropriate welding equipment and methods.
• Set up and operate fabricating machines such as shears, brakes, presses, forming rolls and routers, to cut, bend and form or straighten materials.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG and Arc welding.
• All aspects of general fabrication, welding and sheet metal work.
• Ability to use Heavy machinery such as Booms & Scissor Lifts.
