Job summary

Aurizon is hiring experienced Track Workers (RIW3) to operate outdoors in various weather conditions. You will work in a small team, with travel away from home required at times, and you must pass medical checks and references.

A C Class Driver Licence is essential, with further training and progression opportunities available. Base salary circa 80k + Super along with opportunity for overtime and progression.

• Skilled rail labouring experience.
• HR Truck Class Driver Licence or higher; willing to upgrade to MC.

Job description

We have vacancies for experienced Track Workers (RIW3)

You’ll need a positive can-do attitude and a strong commitment to safety. You must want to work in the beautiful outdoors in all weather and be able to work as part of a small team. Depending on the team you may have to travel away from home as part of your role from time to time.

Base salary circa 80k + Super along with opportunity for overtime and progression!

About you:

• ‘C' Class Driver Licenceminimum
• Problem solving skills and the ability to think of the next step & self-confidence to speak up in all situations
• Skilled rail labouring experience
• HR Truck Class Driver Licence or higher - (preferred) willing to get to MC
• Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
• Willing to complete any training provided within 6-12 months

In order to be successful in this role you need to complete a medical, reference checks and hold a C-Class QLD Manual drivers’ licence.
