Job summary

WiSE Medical in NSW seeks an experienced Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to patient care across wards, ER and operating rooms, ensuring accuracy and comfort.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Medical Imaging, ASAR registration, and at least 3 years of experience in diverse clinical settings, including obstetric and vascular imaging. Permanent or casual contracts are considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging or equivalent.
• Accredited Medical Sonographer (ASAR registered).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Sonographer.
• Experience in wards, ER and operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular and musculoskeletal imaging.
• Provide high-quality imaging services in wards, emergency rooms and operating rooms.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety with compassionate professionalism.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Manage patient inquiries and address concerns with empathy and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with standards.
